Severe cleanliness issues, including stains everywhere!!! Missing basic amenities like an iron!!! Unpleasant odors permeating the room!!! Consider thoroughly cleaning the rooms and ensuring all amenities are up to standard!!!

The room was newly renovated and impeccably clean, and we were provided with tub, king bed. Great facilities.

Every time we stay in Camp Springs, like to stay here. The hotel is fairly clean and the room is clean and perfect. The location is great and particularly good in a local area, just off the AMC council and the nearest metro train station and several fast food restaurants. Nice personnel is with this management and the manager assistant manager.

stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness and safety, my family was horrified to find blood stains and bugs everywhere

Comfy bed, clean shower, attentive staff.

Rooms were smoky. I have specifically asked for smoke free, when I got there, they said I had the smoke rooms. Staff were ok. Neighborhood was sketchy. One staff cautioned me to not walk alone, or not walk at all during the night. Pool was in plain view of highway, no privacy. If you are a male or a family with defense skills, then I guess it would be ok to stay. I could not sleep well. I felt I lost 166 dollars.

Reservation not found. Dirty uncovered pool. Guest swearing in early morning hours was disturbing.

The inviting lobby was easy to navigate and very cute. Staff were attentive and quick to assist with my needs. The room was comfortable with good amenities, which I appreciated .

Improved breakfast options would enhance the experience.

It was conveniently located.

The heating unit in the room was extremely noisy and we weren't able to regulate the heat itself. This resulted in a very bad night's sleep due to the noise and the extreme heat.

The bathroom was surprisingly clean and renovated.

This hotel is rated 3 stars in the system, but in reality it is a 1 star at most.

Free Wi-Fi and parking were great, but room cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Night manager was very courteous.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom. I had to go to office to get fresh shampoo sample bottles for second day; i.e. they were not left in room by maid. CFL light bulbs in lamps were very annoying - a very cold light not warm. And in one lamp the bulb was no good. I would want to bring my own light bulbs the next time. Electric socket between beds was missing safety plate.

It was in a central location, close to stores.

Had a blast with my friends here! We visited FedEx Field and the MCI Center, super close. The rooms were comfy, and we enjoyed the friendly vibe. For future guests, note that breakfast is continental, and early check-in might not be possible, so plan ahead!

Close to Air Force Base

Tv remote inop! Coffee packets were old, taste bad. Had Iron board and a wall hanger where a iron once was, but no iron now. No dvd player.

I enjoyed the comfy beds and the availability of a fridge and microwave in the room during my stay. However, the cleanliness could definitely use some improvement and there was a hair in the tub.
